Food waste potential from Vietnam for Circular Innovation


Through our work in sourcing and selecting innovative projects tackling plastic and fashion waste at the source, the ICM Falk Foundation has identified a clear gap in solution development leveraging Vietnam’s rich resources in agriculture and food processing.

We have developed internal research since the early days of our program in Vietnam in order to identify and quantify these resources’ potential in building a thriving Circular & Innovative ecosystem in Vietnam. We’re now pleased to share The Food Waste Infographic for Circular Innovation in Vietnam.

By developing this infographic, we aim to demonstrate the need for more cohesive and strategic funding, as well as collaboration for R&D in new biomaterials tapping into these food waste streams.
